Roger Dodd and Shane Henry lead December staff training at Henry + Dow

Preparation was key at this month’s staff training at Henry + Dow. The staff participated in the Friday afternoon class at Henry + Dow’s Tulsa office on December 6th. The training session was led by acclaimed attorney and legal author Roger Dodd and Henry + Dow’s very own Shane Henry. The two coached the Henry + Dow staff on trial preparedness using the chapter method, a unique and effective method invented by Dodd. Trial Preparedness is an aspect of legal training that is pivotal in the courtroom. Shane Henry said he was honored to have Roger Dodd as an instructor. “Coach [Roger Dodd] gives a personalized training to our team. He is a sought after speaker around the country and to have him teach one on one, not to mention being part of our firm, is an experience few firms can boast.”
