Shane Henry teaches at the Alaska Bar Association’s CLE at Sea 2020

Henry + Dow’s Shane Henry prepared for sea-worthy CLEs last week when he presented aboard the brand-new Vista Class Cruise ship, the Carnival Panorama, on a Mexican Riviera Cruise. Shane was one of four attorneys and six presenters speaking at “CLE at Sea 2020.” The annual “CLE at Sea” allows attorneys to enjoy a vacation setting with their family while still educating themselves about legal skills and training. Shane presented his CLE over Trial Techniques: The Language of Trial and a new CLE Winning from the Beginning: Opening Statements. Shane’s also shared an additional CLE on how to make the best impressions to the court during opening statements through body language, word choice, and persuasive technique.
